I'm sure I'll get tonnes of neg props but oh well...its the harsh truth of it.
Video work and editing was excellent. If this guy could shoot good riders it would be an excellent video I'd love to watch. Unfortunately, he was shooting amateurs and making them look good.
The lake jump was sad...the only trick attempted was the 360????
HAHAHA, It was pretty cold...but that's no excuse
I have to disagree with the second part of this statement! This was a very disappointing crankworx. No climax, only one new looking trick and that was lacondeguys corked-no footed-backflip.
Amazingly they did less than last year with similar hits!! not one person did a backflip onto the kokanee step up where last year there were backflip on/frontflip offs of the exact same reused feature.
Maybe I'm asking too much for advancement in the sport but I feel it was an overall letdown to what should have been amazing.
P.S. No one even tried the death gap!!!!
It was cool, but last year was way better!!! There was no climax at all...they all basically did the same old tricks over and over again!
I give props to the Superman in the Boneyard, and props to the Dirt Merchant section. But the rest was below expectations for the "best" riders out of the UK??? Crank it up is a beginners jump run...you should have done all of A-Line or Freight Train instead. Also, the pump track section was cool but it went on too long. I just think that for a 10 minute video there was maybe 3 minutes of good stuff where Whistler has the potential to make a 15 minute video of all gnarly impressive stuff.
I agree, tough trick off that drop
The kokanee step up at the end is the same as last year...they're reusing it. The death gap is just huge to the point no one has hit it...I think that says something. This should be the best crankworx yet! About Us
